Secure AI coding, under your control

Secure AI coding for enterprise teams — without changing how developers work.

BatonX adds isolation, policy, controlled model access and verifiable audit to the AI coding tools your teams already use. Deploy it in your environment and keep every project inside its approved boundary.

01 / BatonX

Bring AI coding into the enterprise boundary

AI coding agents can read files, execute commands, call external services and change code. BatonX turns that powerful workflow into a governed company capability.

Isolate

Isolate agent sessions from the host machine.

Restrict

Limit access to authorised projects and approved destinations.

Govern

Apply central policy without rebuilding the agent experience.

Record

Record security and operational evidence without storing source code by default.

The boundary around the workflow

One product, two governed experiences

Developers and analysts use CLI and read-only Web Chat through one BatonX control layer. Policy-approved requests continue to approved AI models; denied requests stop at the policy boundary. The control layer produces audit evidence of policy decisions and access events.

Conceptual architecture. CLI for agent-driven changes; project-scoped Chat for read-only guidance. Both share the same governance layer.

02 / BatonX

One product, two experiences

BatonX CLI enables agent-driven work in a governed runtime. BatonX Chat gives developers and non-developers a familiar, read-only way to ask questions about an authorised project.

Designed for customer-managed environments

Run BatonX inside infrastructure you control. Choose the approved model endpoints, integrate with your identity and security systems, and keep BatonX telemetry off by default.

Customer-managed deployment boundary

The BatonX administrative, gateway, runtime and data components run within the customer environment and connect only to approved model endpoints.

Conceptual architecture. BatonX runs in the customer-controlled environment. Model destinations remain explicit; approved external endpoints may receive context.

Customer-managed deployment does not automatically make the selected LLM local. Model destinations remain explicit and organisation-approved.

Human responsibility stays intact

BatonX does not replace code review, source control or engineering ownership. Developers review what changed and decide what moves forward.
